Cancellations

To terminate your membership agreement, simply follow these guidelines. You may submit your request in the following ways:
A) Electronically via the "submit" button below.

B) Print the Cancellation Request Form [PDF] and mail to:

C) Print Cancellation Request Form [PDF] and Fax to: 850-942-9481 *Please keep confirmation page
If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation within 48 hours, please contact the General Manager of your club at 800-99-GOLDS. As a friendly reminder, once you cancel, to reinstate your membership you'll need to sign-up from square one with re-submission of an enrollment fee. (We just don't want this to come as a surprise!) Contact us today if you have unique circumstances and cancelling isn't the best option for you.  
  1. All cancellations require a 30-day written notice. You will be responsible for all fees until your cancellation is effective. If your billing date falls within 30 days from when you send in your notice, you will receive another bill prior to effective cancellation.
  2. You can submit your cancellation via online, mail or fax.
